The accommodation includes:

Perfect for a couple or two adults maximum, this place is not suitable for children.

Welcome to Le Mazot! We are absolutely delighted to host your alpine getaway in our authentic Savoyard retreat. To ensure that your stay—and that of future guests—remains as exceptional, peaceful, and comfortable as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules during your time with us:

1. Occupancy & Guests: This intimate mountain cocoon is exclusively designed for a maximum of two adults. Because of the nature of the property, please note that it is not suitable for children or infants. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises at any time to preserve the tranquility of the environment.

2. Strict No Smoking Policy: For the comfort, safety, and health of all our guests, Le Mazot is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the house. If you wish to smoke outside in the private garden, we ask that you do so responsibly and securely dispose of all ashes and cigarette butts to protect our beautiful natural surroundings and wooden exteriors.

3. Pet Policy: While we appreciate animals, pets are strictly not allowed at the property under any circumstances. This rule is in place to ensure that guests with severe allergies can enjoy a comfortable stay and to help preserve the property's noble materials, high-end bedding, and antique wood finishes.

4. No Parties or Events: We deeply value the absolute calm and peaceful environment of our neighborhood in Megève. Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly forbidden. We respectfully ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to be considerate of our neighbors.

5. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM (15:00) onwards. We kindly ask that you vacate the property by 10:00 AM on your scheduled day of departure. This allows our professional cleaning team sufficient time to meticulously prepare the mazot for our next arriving guests.

6. Property Care & Maintenance: Our home has been lovingly and entirely renovated with premium amenities, old wood, and exposed beams. We ask that you treat our home with the same love, care, and respect as you would your own. Please be mindful of bringing wet ski gear or muddy boots inside to avoid damaging the floors, and use the provided amenities as intended.

7. Waste & Cleaning: While a mandatory cleaning fee is included, we kindly request that you leave the property relatively tidy. Please wash your used dishes or start the dishwasher before departure, and dispose of your trash in the designated outdoor bins.

By booking Le Mazot, you acknowledge and agree to respect these house rules. Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation, and respect for our beloved home. We wish you a wonderful, relaxing, and memorable stay in the heart of the Alps!
